Oftentimes photography follows staging in the process of preparing your home for the market. Now more than ever, it is important to present your home favorably in the best possible way through listing photos. At Set to Sell, we offer listing photography, Matterport Tours, and videography as an extension of our services. Our goal is to help sell your home in an impactful way, not just off the screen, but on the screen.
HOURLY STAGING WITH CLIENT'S FURNITURE
Moving into your new home prior to selling your current residence is not always an option. Our Pre-Listing Consultation service was created with this in mind. We work with your existing furniture, space, and accessories to recommend paint colors, furniture arrangement, decluttering solutions, and purchase options. Our experienced stagers will work with you to ensure your home is listing ready.
VIRTUAL STAGING AND VIRTUAL RENDERINGS
Virtual Staging serves as a compliment to our Home Staging service, a solution when Home Staging is not an option, and an alternative when time or budgeting stands in the way. Virtual Staging allows a room, physically staged as a bedroom, to be viewed as an office or nursery. It can be used to transform an empty room or even a room yet to be built into a memorable experience. No matter the situation, our designers envelop their expertise in both staging and technology to produce beautiful visuals for the promotion of your property.
Each of our services begin with a phone conversation to help us learn more about you and the project you have in mind. Once you have decided to move forward with a specific service, we will schedule a time for your stager to walk through your space, your photographer to capture content, or your designer to receive photos ready for virtual staging.
At Set to Sell, we understand the quick industry pace of real estate. Our goal is to deliver each service with care, quality, and in a timely manner. For Pre-Listing Consultations, Virtual Staging, and our Photography services, we ask for 48-72 hours between receiving your request and final delivery. With Home Staging, our turnaround is a little longer at about 7 business days.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR HOME STAGING PACKAGE?
Each staging package comes with everything needed for the space. Rugs, artwork, accessories, window treatments, and, of course, main furniture items are included in all of our packages.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR A PRE-LISTING CONSULTATION?
A major focus of Pre-Listing Consultation is decluttering, so that potential home buyers can visualize each room as their own. Decluttering or organizing prior to the designers arrival will decrease time and allow the designer to focus on areas you might not have noticed. Having a list of questions is also a great way to get ahead!
